Wood Wood 2013 Spring/Summer Lookbook

Scandinavian fashion house Wood Wood blends its archetypal streetwear aesthetic with functional textiles to formulate minimalist, yet often eye-catching garments. For its 2013 spring/summer, a variety of quality material is applied to engineer sets of chromatic silhouettes. While the popular polka dot, Aztec and floral patterns are prominent across a number of pullovers, trench coats and blouses, elsewhere the use of mono-tonal color blocking is applied to jackets, tapered pants and pleated shorts. Complemented by a capsule of dashing button-ups – most notably, the fade-out indigo shirt – the Danish fashion house delivers a sturdy collection with odes to street motifs.
