Growing alongside the digital sneaker community shoemaker, CLAE has blossomed into an industry standard for blending sophisticated styling with athletic footwear. Now entering its 12th year, the Californian brand presents its 2013 early spring collection complete with both old and new silhouettes. As well as reinterpreting classics like the Ellington, Strayhorn, Powell and Hamilton with unique fabrics, CLAE also introduces a handful of new models that include the moc-toed Desmond with sporty Vibram outsole, a minimal low top dubbed the Marlin, a refined runner with a cork-wrapped midsole labeled the Mills, and The Nicholson – a polished, work boot-inspired low top on a classic Cristy Vibram outsole.
