Detroit workwear-turned-streetwear mainstay Carhartt Heritage has released another conceptual line merging technicality with wearable garments for 2013 spring/summer. Focusing on matching monotonal profiles this season, Carhartt Heritage delivers a range of recognizable garments such as the work-man jacket and windbreaker contrasting with brightly colored pairing blazer jackets and pants. Inevitably, a number of denim attires, khaki sets and Nordic-printed shirts are also present, anchoring us back to Carhartt’s known motifs. Elsewhere, we see a capsule of leather boots nodding at the brand’s heritage roots, in addition to the noteworthy Carhartt x Diemme collaboration, featuring the modish Marostica shoe in low and mid profiles. Merging classic workwear silhouettes with a modern, trim fit, Carhartt Heritage manages to brink workwear into the 21st century.
