Directed by Steven Spielberg with Daniel Day-Lewis taking on the title role as President Abraham Lincoln, DreamWorks presents the official trailer for its upcoming biographical drama Lincoln. Based on Doris Kearns Goodwin’s biography Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln, the film highlights the final months of the 16th President’s life in 1865 with Sally Field portraying First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt as their eldest son, Robert Todd Lincoln, and Tommy Lee Jones appearing as Republican leader Thaddeus Stevens. Lincoln is due for a limited release on November 9 before hitting additional theaters on November 16.
