Converse‘s Japan-only Converse Addict line has just dropped a batch of Jack Purcells comprised of three silhouettes – one of them produced in collaboration with Japanese contemporary label N.HOOLYWOOD. Designed as an accompaniment to N.HOOLYWOOD’s fall/winter “THE KAPITAN” collection, this collaboration is inspired by larger-than-life author Ernest Hemingway. Simplicity is the name of the game for this collection and collaboration as the low-top sneakers feature subtle stitching and a tonal rubber mudguard. Constructed out of canvas, the traditional material of choice for Jack Purcells, the collaboration piece comes in grey while the rest of the Converse Addict releases are available in black and white. These are set for a October 10 release at Converse Addict stockists across Japan.
