Monitaly 2012 Fall/Winter Lookbook

Headed by designer Yuki Matsuda of Yuketen, fashion label Monitaly is headed into Fall/Winter 2012 with a fresh series of hearty classics — menswear staples with a past, and with a purpose. The label’s new lookbook takes to the mountains, setting a majestic and rugged background for its equally-rugged outerwear, trousers and portaging accessories. Additionally, long overcoats, knit pullovers, and a colorful tri-stripe take on the navy pea coat round out the collection’s major pieces — all of which in an impressive style that we’re sure that Whitman or Thoreau might be keen to wear. And if you’re also keen to wear it, you can head to the Monitaly website to locate a stockist carrying this forthcoming collection.
