Louis Vuitton 2012 Fall/Winter Lookbook

We’ve teased snippets of the forthcoming Louis Vuitton collection at several junctures already, but a much bigger chunk of the full lookbook featuring models Alexander Johasson and Ryan Taylor is now available for your perusal. While modern and cosmopolitan, the outerwear from the Kim Jones-designed collection channels a very distinct air of vintage military chic and the golden age of travel, à la Pan Am. From its rich shearling overcoats, long trenches, and the classic bomber jacket are just the beginning. Of course Vuitton’s exquisitely tailored suits, Ivy League-worthy casual wear, and world-famous bags and portaging accessories will also be present. Look for the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2012 collection to start arriving at LV flagship stores starting in September.
