Chef Ignacio Mattos, formerly of Isa and Il Buco, cooks up what has been dubbed a “mostly Latin Lunch” for his family and friends in the latest short film from The Selby. Delectable dishes include an onion radish avocado salad, caipirinhas, and a particularly-inspired fish entree.
