Jay-Z vs. Lana Del Rey – National Empire (Carlos Serrano Mix)

Fresh off an impressive Kanye West remix, San Diego producer and DJ Carlos Serrano is back at it, but this time with an ambitious mash-up of Jay-Z’s “Empire State” with “National Anthem” from Lana Del Rey. The remix takes the Jay-Z edge and blends it with the key and darkened, hushed tones of “National Anthem” for a unique track that Serrano is calling “National Empire.”
