Boris Bidjan Saberi 2013 Spring/Summer Collection

Appropriating cues from sportswear, Boris Bidjan Saberi’s further touch focused on trim profiles and a pseudo-athletic style that dominated this collection. Inspiration from running shorts and pants can be seen in the slim cropped trouser options throughout the show, while color-blocked sport coats make an additional athletic commentary. Trim lapels accentuated several of the slimmer looks, which are viewed juxtaposed against generously cut overcoats and several fitted leather styles. A longtime favorite of the designer, layered looks are presented on numerous occasions providing a degree of complexity and considered design.
