Critically-acclaimed Icelandic band Sigur Ros has teamed up with filmmaker Alma Har’el for the latest installment of its Mystery Film Experiment in support of the band’s recently released sixth studio LP, Valtari. Starring an unkempt, long-haired Shia LaBeouf, the thoughtful and artistic music video for the stark piano track “Fjogur Piano” addresses the cyclical imprisonment of addiction and sees the actor alongside a female companion in a lurid, dream-like state. Complete with butterflies, an underwater car and choreographed dance, the eight-and-a-half-minute sequence is the third offering from the Mystery Film Experiment series. Valtari is now available at music retailers worldwide.
