It’s quite possible that you are familiar with the Quintin Co. brand without even knowing it. Founded in 2009, the Los Angeles-based headwear manufacturer has experienced rapid growth in its three-year existence having firmly solidified both its own in-house brand while simultaneously playing headwear tailor and manufacturer to a wide range of the industry’s most well-respected and recognized streetwear giants. Amidst the inundation of snapback hats these days, Quintin Co. has always managed to separate itself from the pack by keeping a close focus on not only the final aesthetics of each of its products, but also paying strict attention to the details during each step within the creative progression. For our latest PROCESS feature, Quintin Co. invited our Senior Editor Luis Ruano to design a hat at the factory in which the production takes place, hand-selecting textiles, colors and individual elements for a special one-time piece. For the feature, the team mints a custom all-black-everything 6-panel snapback hat, featuring a melton wool crown, Cordura visor, croc leather top panel and suede under visor, capped off by an orange plastic clasp offering just enough contrast.

Crafted in a limited run of only six pieces, in conjunction with the PROCESS: Quintin Co. piece, we are giving away a free hat to six random winners. All you have to do is “Like” this post with the Facebook button below and leave us a comment about the hat in the comment section below. On Monday, June 11, we’ll select the six winners and update this feature with the winners’ names!

Congrats to DENNIS ERESH, Rude Etiquette, averyg, jcalanis, burntvision, and domingodean who are the 6 winners of a custom Quintin Co. 6-panel snapback! Email us to with your full name and mailing address within 7 days to claim your prize.
