Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson & Co. in 'The Dream Team' Documentary

Jordan, Bird, Johnson, Ewing, Robinson, Barkley, Pippen, Malone, Stockton, Drexler, Mullen. They were the Dream Team: an elite assemblage of NBA pros — easily the greatest and most dominant the world has ever seen — for the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona. Opposing teams were decimated by an average of over 40 points, as NBA-led Dream Team cruised to an emphatic gold medal for the United States. This summer’s 2012 Games in London will mark the 20th anniversary of the Dream Team, and thusly, a documentary following the inside and untold stories of the team will be released. Aptly titled The Dream Team, we’re treated to an inside look at the selection process, the on-court battles and trash-talking during practices, and everything else leading up to the Games themselves. The documentary is being presented by Right Guard, and will premiere on June 13 on NBA TV. Check your local listings for an air time.
