The Matthew Miller 2013 spring/summer collection strongly signals an organized season with its typically structured tailoring and trademark engineered digital prints. According to the young designer, “SS13 explores the notion and irony of real luxury.” Loudly monochromatic and stylishly simple, the collection features sharply tailored cuts and greyscale tapered fits — most remarkably a line of sleeveless suit jackets that look like waistcoats worn on its own with school boy shorts and a series of classic, crisp white shirts that appear embossed with cutout designs.
