Culminating its eighth annual UT Grand Prix (UTGP) T-shirt design contest, Uniqlo recently aligned with Coca-Cola to produce a taut collection of 10 custom T-shirts for Spring/Summer 2012. In conjunction with the T-shirt assortment, the duo also mint a range of reappropriated Coca-Cola glass-styled bottles to house the co-branded tees. Reflecting the individual artworks of the entrants from the contest, the collection is embellished in a custom-designed bottle that both mimics the core ethos of the classic Coca-Cola bottle and brand as well as rejuvenates the iconic aesthetic with a contemporary interpretation.
