OK Go - Needing/Getting

Known for their always compelling visual work, OK Go have now teamed up with Chevrolet for their latest clip. The band set up over 1000 instruments over two miles of desert outside Los Angeles. A Chevy Sonic was geared up with retractable pneumatic arms designed to play the instruments, and the band recorded this version of “Needing/Getting,” singing as they played the instrument array with the car. The production process required four months of preparation and four days of shooting and recording behind-the-scenes footage, and can be viewed here.
