N.Hoolywood 2012 Fall/Winter “THE KAPITAN” Collection

N.Hoolywood’s Fall 2012 collection, which debuted recently at New York’s Fashion Week, is constructed through the filter of the life of legendary author Ernest Hemingway. Deemed “THE KAPITAN” Collection, it draws influence from different periods of Hemingway’s global life, from his upbringing in the U.S., to his time spent in Paris, Key West and Cuba. That said, the collection feels definitively American, and features such staples as heavyweight fall suiting, parkas and knits, as well as a host of nautical-inspired garments, which are an homage to the authors classic work “The Old Man and The Sea.”
