The third trailer has arrived for director Quentin Tarantino‘s much anticipated Django Unchained. The previous two trailers gave us a sneak peek at the film’s plot and characters and now the third installment focuses on Django himself and lots of gun-slinging action expected from a Tarantino take on a classic Western. Starring Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio and Christoph Waltz, Django Unchained could be set for a busy awards season in early 2013 and with a supporting cast including Kerry Washington, Jonah Hill and Samuel L. Jackson, the hype surrounding the film is well-deserved. Django Unchained centers around the titular character Django (Foxx), a slave liberated by Dr. King Shultz (Waltz) to work as a bounty hunter in order to rescue his wife from Calvin Candie (DiCaprio), a Mississippi plantation owner. The film looks packed with the style, humor, violence, and cinematography that has become ever-present in Tarantino’s work and opens in theaters this Christmas, December 25.
