Mykita 2013 Spring/Summer Decades Sunglasses

Released each year to coincide with Paris fashion shows, Mykita‘s Decades line of sunglasses and prescription frames return for Spring/Summer 2013 in new colors and designs. In contemporary hues like Coral Red, Pastel Grey and Opal, the new offerings lend a modern touch to the label’s traditionally-derived frames, while a focus on round silhouettes adds fresh options to the already established lineup. The sunglass options will include the MARLENE model — a super-sized variation of the classic panto form — along with the SCARLETT, a more geometrically circular set of frames. Both models feature gold-coated hinges and semi-matt finishes, corresponding with the subtle reflective gold layer on the dark lenses. Along with a set of new prescription-based pieces, the Decades line is available now at all Mykita shops, selected opticians and fashion outlets.
