Jay-Z‘s Life + Times recently caught up with the prodigious rapper Meek Mill to talk about his track “Use To Be” off his Dreamchasers 2 mixtape. Filmed on the waterfront in his native Chicago, the rapper explains how the affluent area might as well be a million miles away from where he was born and raised, Chicago’s South Side.
