SENSE: THE ORIGINAL TENDERLOIN 2012 Fall/Winter Collection Editorial

The creative minds behind THE ORIGINAL TENDERLOIN, one of Japan’s most committed Americana-styled brands, model items from its 2012 fall/winter collection in this special photoshoot for SENSE magazine. Toru Nishiura, the surviving member of the original duo who first decided to create traditional-styled American workwear with the added “Made in Japan” quality over a decade ago, appears alongside friends and other members of the TENDERLOIN team in various garments that perfectly reflect the thinking of the brand. The staple retro and biker inspirations are again present with the fan-favorite leather and mouton grizzly jacket boldly standing. Work, checked, and denim shirts feature whilst heavy cotton and corduroy pants are favored more over denim. Sticking with the classic designs without ever compromising on quality is one of the main reasons fans keep coming back for more from this still relatively unknown but highly respected brand. The 2012 fall/winter collection from THE ORIGINAL TENDERLOIN is available now at select retailers and at the official TENDERLOIN store in Daikanyama, Japan.
