With time being the label’s only enemy, mastermind JAPAN continues to go all out in crafting this heavy piece of outerwear. The raw denim jacket features a classic collar, two buttoned breast flap pockets along with two front zipper pockets, a full button fastened front, and lining made from 100% rabbit fur — a trace of lining is revealed even when fully buttoned up. The silhouette also sees immaculate thread work as contrasting seams and six unique front darts give the jacket a tapered and scrunched look. The upper area of the arm also gets wrapped with a blue mmJ skull and crossbones logo to complete its distinction. Retailing for a hefty £5,315 GBP (approximately $8,500 USD), the mastermind JAPAN 2012 Fall/Winter Denim Jacket will be made available at Hostem.
