Big Sean: Finally Famous to Hall of Fame

Following up with his successful — and much downloaded — mixtape Detroit, Big Sean has been steadily adding to his list of achievements in anticipation to the release of his second studio album Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player. With the album slated to drop at the end of this year, we caught up with Big Sean prior to his Miami performance for Hennessy VS to talk a little about the upcoming album and his approach to style. Venturing off the path of typical rap label standards, Big Sean discloses the inspiration behind the emotionally charged and personal Hall of Fame album, his opinions towards trends, and the evolution of his style — perhaps hinting at a future clothing label.
