For those unacquainted with the series, Animals Eating Animals is a weekly web feature that follows the gastronomic exploits of Jeffrey Ryan Creager — chef de cuisine at The Beagle — and Dutch Kills bartender Jan Warren. While cycling through the boroughs of New York, the pair indulges in some of the most outlandish carnivorous cuisine the city has to offer — previous episodes have included lamb testicles, pig face and foie gras doughnuts. In this final installment of Season 1, Creager and Warren decide it’s their turn to cook up an eccentric meat dish, serving up sweetbread tacos at a dinner party.
