Uniform Wares 250 Series Uccello Edition for Joy of Living

Inspired by Paolo Uccello’s one-handed liturgical clock that shows the hora italica above the main door of the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence, Italy – thus ending with sunset at the 24-hour mark – London-based watch manufacturer Uniform Wares has created a special Uccello Edition of its 250 Series watch. Created for Max Fraser’s Joy of Living fundraiser to benefit Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres in the English capital, the watch features a 39mm satin-brushed case with scratch-resistant sapphire glass, Swiss-made 7-jewel movement, and a German-made Milanese mesh bracelet with a butterfly clasp. The Uccello Edition of the 250 Series from Uniform Wares will be available online for £470 GBP (approximately $759 USD) beginning September 19 with all proceeds going to benefit Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres.
