Frank Rivera of Boylston Trading Company knows this all too well, when his impressive “Liberty, Justice & Freedom” collaboration with New Balance was canceled shortly before it was to make it to stores late last year. As Independence Day weekend celebrations have finally wound down, Rivera is taking us back to the project to revisit his patriotic and incredibly detailed “what-could-have-been” rendition on the classic New Balance CM1600.
