String Installations by Sebastien Preschoux

This latest vision from artist and designer Sebastien Preschoux incorporates thread as a medium for a series of intriguing string installations. With this project, Preschoux makes use of the ability to set up in a wide variety of settings, adding an individual dynamic to each installation. Carefully mixing a given environment with natural elements of lighting and shading, each effort is derived in spontaneity with minimal amounts of planning made beforehand. Handcrafting each display, the artist makes no exceptions to his rule of conceptualizing each work without the use of any computers.
