Continuing to merge its foundational tenants of urban and outdoor into seamlessly chic and technically driven apparel pieces, Griffin introduces its latest Spring/Summer 2012 Military Jackets. The taut two-piece installment features both the Bearskin Jacket in Black/Fern as well as the USMC Jacket. Each taking on its own particular militaristic aesthetic, the USMC Jacket boasts jersey cotton sleeves and a heavy double twill body construction. Dual chest pockets complete the M65 appeal while a heather cotton hood finishes off the piece. Geared for all-weather usage, the Bearskin Jacket is constructed from a durable waterproof upper that is wrought from a triple layering of fabrics to provide a high level of water resistance. Pit zips and tapped zippers afford breathability without compromising the integrity of the weatherproof shell while bright “Fern” green ensures noticeability for outside use. The Griffen Bearskin and USMC Jackets are now available online.
