A Preview of What to Expect in Photoshop CS6

Expect big things for Photoshop Creative Suite 6, the next big iteration of Adobe Photoshop. Already it’s shaping up to further push the boundaries of what we once thought possible through photo editing, while doing so at “near-instant” speeds, and improved fluidity and overall efficiency. In this short presented by Adobe’s Bryan O’Neil Hughes, we learn that the new version of Photoshop adds 60% more feature changes than CS5, along with doubling up on CS5’s popular JDI (“just do it”) features that improve workflow and increase creative options for designers. While an official release date for the suite has yet to be finalized, most reports are suggesting within the next few months, as early as May.
