……. Research - Mountain Research 2012 Spring "Mountain Men" Figures

Nearly a year ago, …… Research fabricated a limited edition set of “Mountain Men” figures made of 100% polyurethane, viewable here. The set featured four revolutionaries — Mao Zedong, Karl Marx, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin and Henry David Thoreau – each dressed in a hiking outfit with rucksacks and hiking boots, ready for a journey through high attitudes. Today we get word of the second “Mountain Men” installment from the Japanese brand, this time immortalizing a band of influential hikers who are relaxing as they have established base camp for the night. Crafted by Japanese hand craftsmanship, this collection is expected to be available sometime in May at select retailers, including Garbstore.
