Hyper-infused music duo, The Ting Tings, have been on somewhat of a hiatus since releasing their debut album, We Started Nothing, nearly four years ago. Devoted to their craft however, Jules de Martino and Katie White have been seen touring around the world, sharing time in the studio creating a followup to their 2008 successful release, Sounds from Nowhereville. Hypetrak had the recent pleasure of chopping it up with the duo, discussing the creation of their latest album, why the original followup production was shelved, their experiences with Cypress Hill on the road, and much more. The Ting Tings’ sophomore album released this week in the UK and will be available in the U.S. on March 15.
