BADBADNOTGOOD – “CMYK/DMZ” Live in London

February 23, 2012Musicby Jake Woolf2728 Views

Hip-hop/jazz fusion trio BADBADNOTGOOD recently made their first overseas trip as a group, performing live at Club Koko in London. During their set, they unveiled two new tracks, “CMYK” and “DMZ,” each of which embody a more traditional jazz sound, yet still feature the group’s off-kilter sense of harmonics and rhythm. With characteristic knockout performances from each of its talented members, the trio demonstrates here that they have the ability to convey their passion for their music beyond the studio environment. Studio versions of “CMYK” and “DMZ” are available currently via the BBNG Bandcamp.
