The Divinities New Year's Release

From Los Angeles-based company The Divinities comes the brand’s first release of the new year. Regarded for their “for the people, by the people” lifestyle, The Divinities has garnered a following of skaters and rebels alike (including one big supporter in the form of Odd Future’s Taco) via their strongly opinionated yet stylish graphics. Set against Doric style architecture, the lookbook affirms the simple lifestyle that owners/brothers Chris and Alexander Hong admire about ancient Greek and Roman civilizations – a mood they continually aim to communicate in their collections. Standouts amongst the release include a “Death Before Homework” tee, which was inspired by a favorite Simpsons episode of the Hong brothers. The release is set to drop at 7 p.m. on January 5 on the brand’s online shop.
