Leeside Skateboard Mayhem

Leeside Skatepark in Vancouver, British Columbia is known not only for its loyal following of skateboarders, but also for its open invitation to street artists and graffiti artist alike to lay claim to its two-sided tunnel. For last year’s Halloween celebration, the skate haven celebrated the occasion with its annual “Leeside Halloween Jam.” The night welcomed costumed skaters to shred the square footage of its abandoned transit tunnel venue for one night amidst a sea of fireworks and bottle-rockets.
