Fuji Guys: Fujifilm X-Pro1 Hands-on Preview

The Fuji guys have uploaded 24 YouTube videos covering various aspects of the Fujifilm X-Pro1 digital camera. Giving us first looks and hands-on previews, included are demonstrations of how to use the focal plane shutter, aperture blade, shooting and playback menu, design and control, and many more. The mirrorless camera will be released to the Japanese market on February 18, and is expected to retail in the United States for approximately $1,700 USD (body only) while the X-Pro1 35mm f/1.4 and 18mm f/2.0 lens will retail for $500 USD, and the 60mm f/2.4 Macro lens at $600 USD.     I would get this over the Sony NEX-7. One reason being is that high ISO capabilities are much better on this than on the NEX-7.

    At this price point they can try! Hell the X100 beat out the Leica X1! Obviously they can compete in some arenas and this thing will be able to mount M glass….
