On Monday, January 23, chef and host of Cooking Channel’s “Cheap Bites” Eddie Huang hosted a dinner to usher in the Chinese New Year. The celebration was sponsored by adidas and hosted at LTO in Manhattan. While Eddie ran the show from the kitchen, guests were treated to a three-course dinner of some of his best twists on traditional Chinese dishes, as well as wine pairings by Chef Daniel Bouloud’s sommelier Michael Madgridale. Notables in attendance were Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern, record producer Emile, and Mobb Deep’s Prodigy.
