The race to become Dior’s new head designer is getting more crowded than a Republican primary. This time, according to Fashionista, it’s Alexander Wang whose name is being thrown into the mix. With high-profile haute couture designers like Marc Jacobs and Riccardo Tisci being whispered about furiously in recent weeks, Wang, who leans more towards ready-to-wear, may be just another red herring in a never ending quest to replace John Galliano. Wang has much less experience than any of the other names that were talked about previously, and that makes him a very unlikely choice. Stay tuned for further developments!
