A new film directed by Julien Soulier introduces us to “APERTURE,” French clothing line BWGH’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection that smashes together the world’s of fashion and photography. The collection is inspired by global street culture. Places like Brooklyn, Willamsburg, Brownsville and SoHo are at the heart of the inspiration. Each sweater, shirt or pant doesn’t necessarily correspond to one city; they all take many different cues from these iconic places. The video itself won’t readily give away exactly where it was shot, which is all a part of the collection’s theme.
