84-74 lab. is a co-design project by TAKAHIROMIYASHITA The SoloIst. and the creative director of CASH CA, Kazuki Kuraishi. The line’s new outerwear pieces feature “Mohawk-tailoring” which means each style uses two silhouettes by folding the coat in half for a unique look. Another key component in the collection is the use of DiAPLEX which is an innovative dynamic fabric that incorporates characteristics of moisture permeability, heat insulation, waterproofing and wind protection. Relative to the ambient temperature, the material can literally open and close its pores to retain and release heat. This latest batch is comprised of three long coats, exclusively available to Dover Street Market soon.
