Having spent years working as Senior Designer for J. Lindeberg and modeling for Dior Homme during the Slimane era, one might say David Lindwall knows a thing or two about denim. After launching his “1982 Reborn” clothing brand back in 2009, the designer is now introducing a new denim collection under the same label for Spring/Summer 2011. Inspired by the work of German architect Mies van der Rohe, including New York’s famous Seagram Building, the jeans are complex and detailed with each one containing 44 cut pieces and, to ensure quality, all production is done in Japan.
