Brownbook & Hypebeast: Mourad Mazouz
At the end of 2010, Hypebeast undertook an extensive video project with Dubai-based magazine Brownbook. Through a series of short videos, we hoped to document and tell the story of a select few creatives who are helping develop the creativity landscapes of both the Middle East and Northern Africa. Too often, it seems as though these cultures has been viewed through only one particular lens as it offers so much more than what many have been subjected to.
The multi-faceted Mourad Mazouz has successfully teetered both the lines of food and fashion. At the heart of it all lies a personality who has a strong understanding of his culture’s intricacies as he boasts Momo as one of his latest successes.
