In its latest addition to the “THINGS!” online store front, Shipley & Halmos undertake a DIY revision of a vintage collapsible camp stool. Reappropriating an outdoor camping chair into an artist stool, the creative duo of Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos designed the modest device into a colorfully playful and design-driven homeware necessity. The chromatic hand-painted steel frame is rounded out with a custom perforated leather seat cushion. The truly limited piece is offered in an exclusive one of one availability through the Shipley & Halmos website.
