All of us have our own holiday traditions – some may be to get grandad drunk so they can yet again dance into a coma and knock over the ornament-filled tree, others may prefer to celebrate the festive season with a knit Christmas-inspired sweater that screams, he’s that guy at the office. Looking to reinvent the awkward uncle sweater, Andrew Salomone hacked his Brother KH930 knitting machine and turned it into a desktop printer, transforming any design to a knit sweater. Throughout December, Andrew will showcase a collection of alternative holiday sweaters with the help of various designer friends at the KK Outlet gallery in London. The best part, Andrew will be working in the gallery for 10 days crafting customized sweaters from open email submissions.
