It’s Halloween time again and what better way to spend it than at the annual NEIGHBORHOOD Halloween Night event which will once again be held at the infamous WOMB nightclub in Shibuya, Tokyo. This year the party is being held in conjunction with fellow Japanese brand CHALLENGER. Artists set to appear include the DEX PISTOLS, Kan Takagi and Keigo Oyamada. Rock band and longtime friends of NEIGHBORHOOD, KISHIDAN will close the night with a live set. Shinsuke Takizawa will of course be making an appearance along with many other famous names from the Tokyo street fashion scene.
