Japanese fashion designer Mihara Yasuhiro first made his name in footwear, creating his first line of shoes in 1994 while still in college. Praised for the innovative, modernist style of design, Mihara launched MIHARAYASUHIRO in 1997 to critical acclaim. What he’s done in the shoe game, he now brings to the denim side of things. The MIHARAYASUHIRO DENIM 2011 Fall/Winter Collection gives us a glimpse at what the designer has in store. Having already reinterpreted the cable knit, the collection is certainly in good hands.
