For the holidays, Maison Martin Margiela introduces a limited edition design to its first fragrance bottle, (untitled). The bottle retains its no frills, minimalistic look, as well as the trademark cotton thread that is tied on by hand, resembling the famous four stitches seen on all Margiela’s garments. Both the bottle and the packaging feature a prominent use of silver. The new aesthetic remains very much in line with the brand’s no label approach. Although described as a perfume, the fragrance is intended to be used as unisex, and is based on green floral notes with scents of albanum, boxwood, mastic, incense and bitter orange.
