Mark McNairy New Amsterdam 2012 Spring/Summer Lookbook

New from always-popular footwear designer Mark McNairy comes a full preview of his 2012 spring/summer collection. Embodying a kind of schoolboy down-the-rabbit-hole aesthetic, the line features heavy use of whimsical prints such as zebra, leopard and florals reinterpreted on backpacks, shorts and other pieces. In addition to the requisite footwear, which is highly covetable as always, there’s also some casual suiting, button-down shirts, outerwear and printed knitwear included in the spring/summer collection. Being stuck in the niche of “footwear” can be a tough situation for designers to break out of, so McNairy is clearly trying his hardest to establish a name for himself as a full lifestyle brand.     The shoes are spot on. The apparel is good, but just not in the way the items are paired. The sleeveless cardigans/vests are atrocious though.

    I paid $22.85 for an iPhone 4-32GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS.
