The elusive guerilla artist Banksy makes an appearance in the form of an installation at the recently opened MOCA “Art in the Streets.” Capturing Banksy’s penchant for hilariously-executed sociopolitical allegory, the exhibit utilizes common props and familiar animated scrawling to poke fun at such topics as the commodification of art and government surveillance.
