Supreme has a ton of sick designs under their belts, but really all they have to do is slap the box logo on any mundane item and itll sell out quicker than any other product on the site. Even more so now, with all the hype behind OF. However, if a design is dope enough then it doesnt really need the logo for people to validate their purchase on it. No one else thought of doing this with the desert boot, and Supreme did. They can charge that if they want, plenty of people will be willing to drop the money on it. I wouldnt mind those blues. Fuckin gnarly.

The bottom line is, Supreme hasnt released any decent shit in some time now and to top things, they are overpriced.

Not a way, in my opinion, too expensive and poorly re-designed shoe (referring to the upper that is cut in a different and in my opinion not good looking way from the classic boot.)

two completely different markets. Supreme will retain its power for a long time because first of all, they’ve got fresh, clean products. Second, it’s just out of price range for a lot of people, so you won’t see it being sold at Target or UO. “Overkill”? They’re making money… while you sit at your compy and hate.

supreme is extremely expensive in japan and the price never translates properly to the rest of the world. a t-shirt is about $75 USD in japan, but the same shirt at the new york store will run $32 so…not quite apples to oranges there.
