Dale Talde x DQM Family Meal Presents Bodega

For anybody who’s been following this season of Top Chef All Stars, the Bravo reality show has featured intense competition featuring New York’s Dale Talde. Throughout the show, many times you’ll be quick to spot a pair of Nike Air Max 95s or a DQM cap on the talented chef. This past weekend, he teamed up with DQM for a special one night “Family Meal Presents Bodega” event for friends and family. With the help of Orland Delgado, the DQM offices were transformed into a pop-up restaurant with Talde manning the line. Up on the menu for the night was both a rack of venison and pork belly ramen as well as a potato chip and pretzel tart with salted caramel chocolate ganache. Special commemorative T-shirts bound like a roast were served to the guests as a token of appreciation for the night.
